Ultra Japan is only a couple days away. It’s a sold out festival and one that we have been looking forward to for quite some time. Should be amazing to say the least. Just check out the lineup above. Talk about power. Deadmau5, Hardwell, Kygo, Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Snake, Zhu, Marshmello, and the list goes on and on. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such a stacked lineup.
Even though the forecast calls for a more or less wet and weathered next few days, that should not dampen any of the beats, vibes, or energy of Ultra Japan. The stages are currently in the final stages of being setup and soon tens of thousands of party goers from all over the world will descend on Ultra Park in the Odeiba complex to rave, eat, sleep, and repeat.
In fact on our flight coming into Japan we met someone who was also coming to Ultra Japan. He was from Iowa and saved up all year to attend this festival. Talk about commitment. We ourselves can’t wait and the anticipation is only building. Unfortunately, tickets have been sold out for the past few weeks, but you can still grab a one day pass or three-day pass from a couple secondary retailers. I suggest TicketCamp or ViaGoGo for that.
Overall what are we looking forward to at this festival: pretty much everything. To name a few artists off the stacked lineup include, Marshmello and his debut in Japan – the crowd will go wild for this go for sure; Zhu off his acclaimed debut album; Fedde Le Grand and his return to Tokyo after he played Pacha Festival earlier in the year; and also finally W&W and their return to Ultra Japan from 2015.
